Project Overview:
This custom indoor playground for an international school covers 740 square meters. With a maximum height of 4.9 meters and a usable height of 4.4 meters, it has an open and accessible design, featuring three entrances, large windows, and walls and ceilings ready for anchor bolts.

Accent Colors: Brown, blue, orange, yellow, light gray, and green
Functional Areas:
1. Changing Shoes Waiting Area:
Inspired by the Chinese Sichuan Opera and traditional architectural elements, this area creates a welcoming shoe-changing space with cultural flair.
2. Puzzle & Leisure Area:
A relaxing zone where kids can enjoy quiet activities like drawing and building blocks. The walls and pillars feature prickly pear-shaped padding and Egyptian-inspired totem designs, adding a touch of desert scenery and cultural aesthetics. This space encourages fine motor skills and creativity.
3. Slide & Ball Pool Area:
The playground’s main attraction, featuring a sturdy wooden playhouse structure inspired by Big Ben and London Bridge. This area includes obstacles like tunnels, climbing sections, and balance challenges, leading down into a large ocean ball pool. Surrounding this is a soft trampoline area, providing an engaging space for children of all ages.
4. Trampoline & Climbing Area:
Inspired by American street culture, this section showcases vibrant graffiti reflecting the spirit of freedom. The combination of trampolines and climbing structures creates a dynamic and active play environment.
5. Net Tower Soft Play Area:
An adventurous zone aimed at older kids, with challenging climbing games that build courage and physical strength. This setup promotes physical development through active play and exercise.
6. Role-Playing & Reading Area:
Role-playing is essential for social learning. Here, kids can explore various roles within a two-story playhouse inspired by Egyptian architecture. This mini-city experience includes kitchen, supermarket, makeup, and hospital role-play stations, as well as a wooden slide, blending fun with essential life skills development.
7. Stage Performance Area:
A space for children to build confidence through performance, with a stage designed with ancient Chinese architectural elements. The seating includes stools decorated with Sichuan Opera-inspired face designs, promoting cultural education in a playful way.
